"I have struggled with my weight for about the last seven years. I would start to eat right and exercise and see results, but it always ended the same. I would drop about thirty pounds then gain it right back. I decided to get professional help, so I could meet my fitness goals. I met with Stephanie and Marisa at the end of February and together we worked out an exercise and nutrition plan.
Stephanie and I decided I would need to attend her “skinny mini” classes at least four times a week. Since I started I have lost 23% of my body fat and gained 16 lbs of lean muscle. I have also lost several inches all over my body, especially in my waistline. Since the exercise program was working so well I decided to meet with Marisa for a nutrition counseling session.
Marisa and I had a meeting where she evaluated my current eating habits. Marisa then started me on a six week program that would teach me how to make better nutritional choices. Once I started, the inches started flying off. I even saw the scale moving more and more in the favorable direction. I started to notice my clothes becoming looser. Marisa’s plan was simple and easy to follow. Marisa gives options for each meal, making this diet great for anybody that doesn’t have a lot of time. You still get choices; you’re just limited to only healthy options, which is great. The plan is very user friendly and will get you results. All you have to do is stick to it.

"My body weight at the start of my sessions (February 2007) was 212 lbs and as of right now (January 2008), I am down to 177 lbs or a loss of some 35lb.
